Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized individual to provide data and some administrative support to the small and collaborative SA Legal team. The ideal candidate is skilled in both data and project management. The Data Support and Operations Support Specialist will work independently as well as across all departments at SA, including School Management, Finance, and the Data & Analytics Team. Highly qualified candidates will share SA’s commitment to its mission and will embody the organization’s core values. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Reporting: Handle routine and periodic data reporting by accessing, reviewing, organizing and summarizing data for internal and external use. Create data charts, visualizations, and tables using tools such as Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Suite, Looker, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.  

  • Administrative Support: Manage and respond to routine requests for information and records. Oversee contract logistics, including entering contract details into document managing system, managing users, and coordinating signatures. Assist with providing training and support for Docusign.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3+years of experience in a data driven environment 

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas) and project management tools (Monday.com, Trello).

  • Basic understanding of legal document management and contract processes (Docusign experience is a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
