As a Supply Chain Support Services | Data and Reporting Analyst / Analyst, Senior you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of business unit or departmental systems by supporting, maintaining, and optimizing key processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, and implement system improvements while serving as the functional expert on multiple business areas. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive organizational efficiency.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
System Management & Support: Maintain and optimize business unit or department systems, ensuring reliability, security, and effectiveness.
Process & Technology Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and system upgrades to improve efficiency and performance.
Data & Reporting Analysis: Develop and generate reports, statistical summaries, and standardized reporting protocols to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and Information Services (IS) to implement technology-driven solutions that align with business needs.
System Security & Compliance: Serve as a subject matter expert on system security, reporting, intranet web pages, and other business-critical tools.
Project Leadership: Partner with IS and lead projects focused on process and system improvements, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
Policy & Procedure Implementation: Support the development and administration of department programs, policies, and best practices to drive operational excellence

Minimum Requirements
Supply Chain Support Services | Data and Reporting Analyst
- Four (4) year bachelor's degree in business, information technology or related area
- In lieu of bachelor's degree, an equivalent combination of four (4) years relevant business work experience and relevant college coursework in business, information technology or a related area.
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience where general knowledge and understanding of business unit business systems, basic knowledge of database design, structure, functions and processes and experience with database tools is obtained.
Supply Chain Support Services | Data and Reporting Analyst Senior
- Four (4) year bachelor's degree in business, information technology or related area
- In lieu of bachelor's degree, an equivalent combination of four (4) years relevant business work experience and relevant college coursework in business, information technology or a related area.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience where general knowledge and understanding of business unit business systems, basic knowledge of database design, structure, functions and processes and experience with database tools is obtained.
Preferred Knowledge or Skills:
- Supply Chain experience
- Strong analytical ability to review data and see relationships and patterns.
- Proficient in PC applications, including advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, and Word.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain business processes and operational knowledge including functions, procedures, processes, and computer systems.
- Google Data Analytics Certification
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Major Accountabilities
1) With general direction provides support for business unit business systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, system setup and maintenance, and data integrity audits.
2) Research and analyze routine to moderate business/operations problems related to systems utilized within the business unit. Interfaces with Information Services or vendor to resolve issues as necessary. Follows up with resolution of problems to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
3) With general direction, participates in the analysis and recommendation, installation and maintenance of new and enhancement of existing systems. Ability to gather and write routine to moderate in scope business and functional requirements and identify future business system needs.
4) Supports upgrades, patches and new implementations by performing testing, process and system documentation, and support user training and rollout efforts.
5) Works within areas of responsibility on process improvement initiatives. Analyzes work process design, workflow and technology solutions to streamline, automate and improve work processes.
6) With general direction, participates in the development of effective business cases using sound cost/benefit analysis.
7) Maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in the development of standard reports for customers. Assists in the development and maintenance of standardized Business reporting protocol and ensures data integrity and consistency in all reporting aspects.
8) Participates in project team assignments as a key team member. May coordinate activities within the functional business areas. Participates in business needs analysis, project scope definition, testing strategy, roll out and user acceptance.
9) Assist in developing, validating, and execution of all levels of testing.
10) Maintains documentation of system changes, business processes, guidelines and procedures, and tools and training aids needed to support business unit as defined.
11) Supports application/system training to functional Super users and/or other employees.
- May monitor, and track business goals, activities, performance monitoring and issues for an assigned unit to keep management apprised of business unit activities.
12) Actively seeks knowledge and understanding of business/technical environment, priorities, procedures and processes. Keeps apprised of current and emerging trends for business unit business systems.
13) Conducts research, analyzes data, reports findings and assists in developing formal presentations.
14) May manage security for all business systems including documentation of processes associated with security. Responsible for ensuring appropriate data security controls, process and system documentation.
