While AI capabilities like Agentforce and predictive analytics will be in your toolbox, you’ll ensure they integrate seamlessly with core Salesforce architecture.

Collaborate to Innovate

Work side-by-side with a leadership team that values experimentation, continuous learning, and radical transparency. Partner with cross-functional teams—Admins, Developers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers—to implement solutions that harness AI where it makes sense, while still adhering to Salesforce best practices. Build Across Ecosystems

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll ensure solutions extend beyond a single org or department. Leverage AI Wisely

Requirements

Salesforce Architecture Mastery

• Proven Track Record: You’ve led large-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or CPQ). You understand complex data modeling, security, and integration requirements.
• Hands-On Development: 5+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or using Node/Python in Salesforce Functions. You can debug, optimize, and deliver high-performance solutions that scale.
• Platform Expertise: Familiar with Salesforce platform events, Batch process, Callouts etc.,
• Integrations: Experience in designing integrations architecture with Payment Gateways, AvaTax, ERP System etc.,
• Design Patterns: Good knowledge and experience in using design patterns like Singleton, Factory Pattern etc.,

Strategic Use of AI

• AI-Enhanced Solutions: Experience incorporating AI tools into Salesforce solutions—whether for recommended next steps, automated insights, or improved data accuracy.
• Governance & Best Practices: An understanding of how to evaluate AI use cases, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.

Innovative Problem-Solving

• Research & Adaptation: You keep up with evolving Salesforce capabilities, AI frameworks, and architectural patterns. You’re quick to pilot new technologies, adopting only what adds real value.
