Field Sales Insight Analyst
Responsible for analyzing and validating overall sales performance and financial data to provide insights on commercial business performance for supporting strategic decision-making within the field team.
As the Field Sales Insights Analyst, you will be:
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Led the analysis and interpretation of sales data sets to evaluate sales performance, and trends and identify key insights to provide recommendations in capturing opportunities for business growth across all channels
- Develop clear, concise, and actionable report structure related to sales planning, performance, and stock allocation to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with the Sales Planning Team to develop accurate sales forecasts and breakdown sales targets up to clusters and work location level
- Continuously build, automate, and improve data pipelines within the field sales domain to ensure data quality and reliability.
Commercial & Financial Analysis
- Develop a structured methodology and systematic approach to monitor & control Field Sales financial data for CoEs and Distributor Partners to provide recommendations related to profitability & portfolio focus
- Provide advice on the financial implications of field sales business activities and take accountability for reviewing financial business cases on marketing investments and resource allocation
- Monitor the financial condition of CoEs and Distributor Partners; identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Analytics / Finance Business Partner from a multinational FMCG company, Tobacco Industry experience is preferred
- Strong experience in business performance management, with well-rounded capability in balancing sales, commercial ,and financial aspects
- Solid ability in providing and utilizing data-driven insights to influence senior management in decision making
- Proven ability in communicating complex data in a concise and simple manner to propose actionable and practical plan
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
