We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to join the Enterprise AI/ML team!
The AI/ML team is at the forefront of how Capital One builds and deploys responsible AI and ML models and features; we onboard and educate associates on the AI/ML platforms and products that the whole company uses; we drive new innovation and research; and we’re working to seamlessly infuse AI and ML into the fabric of the company. The experience we're creating is the foundation upon which our lines of business will continue to deliver next-generation machine learning-driven products and services for our customers.
In this role, you will focus on developing Observability capabilities for the teams within Capital One building Generative AI (GenAI) applications. More specifically, you will have to:
Understand the Observability requirements for the GenAI application teams
Collaborate with teams in India and USA to drive alignment with different teams working on the platform
Develop short and long-term strategies for your area
Partner with business and technology leadership to align on prioritization of problems to be solved to maximize business and customer outcomes
Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies.
Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments
Serve as the connection between customers, Capital One’s mission, and your team

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of experience in B2B product management
At least 3 years of experience in Agile product management
Familiarity with Generative AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Guardrails, Frameworks like LangChain, etc
Familiarity with Observability solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree
Experience building observability/monitoring products
Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies
