Job Description

The Program  

 

Mallinckrodt is offering an 11-week internship program, which provides an immersive experience in the world of pharmaceuticals. As an MNK Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work that compliments the degree you are pursuing. Here, you will be able to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to a corporate environment. In addition, our internship program is designed to include networking opportunities across the company, professional development workshops, and community service.

Summary 

• As an IT Analytics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in building, improving, and optimizing analytical dashboards that provide insights into the performance and operational efficiency of the IT organization. Other opportunities may involve doing remote process automation as well as incorporation of AI tools such as Co-Pilot. 

 

Essential Functions 

•  Engage with leaders to learn the problems that need to be solved.  

• Formulate proposals that include wireframe diagrams and proposed benefits.  

• Build, test, demonstrate, improve KPI’s into cogent storyboards in dashboard tools like PowerBI.  

 

Minimum Requirements 

 

Education / Experience / Skills: 

• Enrolled in an Engineering degree program  

• Year 2 minimum  

• SQL, Python, and visualization skills  

• Business Analytics  

 

Organizational Relationship/Scope: 

 

• This role will require frequent interface with multiple people across the IT organization. We seek an individual who is a self-starter, confident and who wants to get real-world experience.
