Senior Manager, Business Intelligence

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as a Product Owner on the Business Intelligence related project / initiative to ensure smooth project delivery and maximize the product benefits to the business

• Understand from distribution team on their daily routine and current pain-point on the performance tracking tool

• Utilize UI/UX best practice to design visualization dashboard to facilitate distribution team providing insightful information to the distribution leader to drive for performance growth

• Develop, test and maintain BI dashboard with high standard of quality and performance to keep track the sales KPI and business performance

• Understand the backend system structure and deep dive into granular data to work with technology team on data capture, data transformation and dashboard delivery

• Work with business parties and stakeholders with the change management activities to ensure successful project implementation

• Provide ad-hoc data analysis with data and business knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related fields

• Minimum 7 year’s work experience in BI analyst or related fields

• Excellent analytical mind, business acumen, problem solving aptitude

• Strong communication, influencing, collaborating and presentation skills

• Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information and create analytics solution, visualization

• Curiosity and analytical mindset, ability to ask the right questions and propose solutions. With a strong evidence of being able to transform data into actionable insights

• Good technical skill in SQL, Excel including VBA, PowerBI with the ability to learn other analytics and visualization tools/languages e.g. Data Brick, Python etc.

• Experience on working in agile is a must

• Ability to work independently and act professionally
