SAP S/4 HANA Data Management Lead / Manager

We are looking for experienced SAP (senior) consultants who can help our clients make sure their IT delivers what they really need, considering SAP S/4 HANA solutions (On- remise and Cloud).

What will you be doing?   

• You will work in challenging and fast paced SAP S/4HANA transformation programs;

• Collect, review and input data into SAP and related software as required to support projects, timelines, and deliverables;

• Responsible for synchronization and integrity of master data across all related business areas;

• Support business system and process integration across the organization including, but not limited to, production, finance, sales, procurement, and other related business processes;

• Perform master data audits and validation to ensure conformance to business rules, standards, and metrics that meet business requirements;

• Apply in-depth advanced knowledge and expertise to identify and troubleshoot problems with all critical data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material) related issues to best meet business needs and objectives;

• Identify, collect, and resolve data related errors and issues throughout organization;

• Promote effective cross-functional teamwork with the ability to delegate responsibilities;

• Actively participate and propose data process improvement and data cleansing projects;

• Propose / Create Data Migration Approach, Verification, and validation guides documentation;

• You will be part of a growing, dynamic team blending SAP innovation and industry expertise, having a key role to help drive our SAP Practice in the Netherlands;

Does this describe you?    

• You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferred in business, IT, engineering or business information systems or digital discipline;

• You have more than 10+ years of experience in Data Management/Migration and Implementation of SAP solutions;

• You have experience in one or more of the SAP Data Management Solutions: SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP SLT, DB HANA, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-DS), SAP Data Intelligence – Integration & Orchestration, SAP MDG;

• You have experience in data transformation through ETL tools, SQL queries, python etc.;

• You have led a data team through the scope, extraction, mapping, and loading of both the master data sets and transactional data sets from multiple sources into SAP system through the project phases and go-live;

• You have strong analytical and people skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence;

• You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
