Overview of the Role:

As a member of the Workforce Innovation team you’ll build KPI dashboards and reports to uncover data-driven insights to advise decisions on how to better address the future needs of the business. In this new role, you will shine as an active partner for ES Innovation Leadership, using the power of existing dashboards to uncover new, powerful insights for your partners.
Responsibilities:
Report and evaluate key metrics for the Innovation organization.
Data wrangling via Microsoft Excel and/or Tableau.
Help develop comprehensive insights .
Work closely with leadership to understand data requirements and deliver reporting and insights to support problem solving and business inquiries.
Scope requirements, design and support adoption.
Translate sophisticated findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for non-technical audiences.
Communicate analyses and recommendations to various multi-functional partners.
Make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies.
Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support evolving business needs, time critical data requests to inform recruiting operations, insights to inform critical initiatives and support quarterly business reviews.
Pull, coordinate, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Analyze and report on metrics on a regular cadence (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), answering descriptive questions as well as making predictions.
Work in partnership with other team members to conduct planned and ad-hoc analyses and data visualizations, complete with insights and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to build trust, partner with various stakeholders.
5+ years experience in a quantitative analysis/BI role, preferably in Recruiting and/or HR
Advanced Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, visualizations), Google Suite experience.
Experience with Recruiting and HR systems, technology and tools such as Workday, Eightfold.
Experience with Tableau and/or AWS QuickSight.
Basic Understanding of SQL, and/or experience with a programming language such as python is a plus.

Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
