The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers.  Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.  

The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and microbusinesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies. 

The Senior Product Manager, Data Products will lead the development of data-driven features and capabilities for Invoice Simple and Joist, focusing on leveraging our extensive customer data to create value through profit intelligence, business insights, AI/ML capabilities and enhanced customer success features. This role combines deep product management expertise with data analytics knowledge to turn our product vision into executable roadmaps while supporting our payments business with improved customer data quality and insights. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Leadership:  

  • Lead development and execution of our data products roadmap, with initial focus on Profit Intelligence features
  • Transform high-level product vision into detailed requirements and execution plans 
  • Define success metrics and own product outcomes across data initiatives 
  • Partner with Growth and Market teams to align data product strategy with overall business objectives Guide evolution of our data architecture to support advanced features 
  • Data Product Development: 
  • Lead development of profit intelligence features from basic reporting through AI-powered insights 
  • Design and implement data quality improvements to support enhanced customer experiences 
  • Create frameworks for testing and validating data-driven features 
  • Guide development of customer success metrics and indicators 
  • Support payments business with improved customer data quality 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: 
  • Partner with Engineering to define technical implementation approaches 
  • Work with UX/UI on creating intuitive data visualizations and interfaces 
  • Collaborate with Customer Research to validate product decisions 
  • Guide Analytics team on measurement frameworks 
  • Partner with Growth team to optimize customer lifecycle through data 
  • Innovation and Experimentation: 
  • Design and lead experimentation programs to validate feature concepts 
  • Identify opportunities for AI/ML applications in our products 
  • Create frameworks for measuring feature impact 
  • Lead rapid testing cycles to optimize data product performance 
  • Guide evolution of our data strategy based on learnings 

 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:  

  • 7+ years product management experience with focus on data products or analytics features 

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS product development

  • Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or AI/ML products

  • Track record of shipping successful data-driven features 

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams 

  • Experience with financial or payments products preferred 

  • BS/BA required; advanced degree in relevant field preferred 

  • Experience with experimentation and product analytics tools 

  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data architectures 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts into user value

  • Deeply curious product leader who combines analytical rigor with user empathy 

  • Strategic thinker who can translate complex data opportunities into clear product vision 

  • Natural experimenter who thrives on testing and validating assumptions 

  • Exceptional communicator who can explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

Where: 

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada or the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 CAD Per Year with a 10% bonus potential. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all distinct labor markets in the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
