Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 5 years of ERP implementation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Inventory, HR & Payroll, with a preference for those familiar with GCC markets and ERP, Power BI dashboards and MS SQL expertise. The role involves troubleshooting functional and technical issues, optimizing processes, and enhancing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for ERP systems.
• Debug and analyze root causes of application issues, both functionally and technically.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Develop and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated on ERP advancements and latest industry updates.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or a similar field
• Experience in Xpedeon ERP.
• Knowledge of automation tools and emerging digital transformation technologies.
