Full-Stack AI Engineering Lead

We are developing a self-sovereign CV platform, allowing individuals to own and control a CV certified by third parties. We have a working prototype and are now rebuilding the app using AI—both to generate code efficiently and to enhance the user experience. We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineering Lead to drive development, build a team from scratch, and set the technical direction.

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead the development of a cutting-edge AI-powered platform from scratch.
• Use AI tools to code and integrate AI into various processes (e.g., Machine Learning, OCR, Chatbots).
• Develop and implement a self-sovereign identity system with Blockchain knowledge (for verifiable credentials).
• Design and optimize the full-stack architecture, selecting the best technologies.
• Build and manage a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in coding.
• Collaborate with business leaders, designers, and product teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  Tech & AI Involvement
• Machine Learning – To create a chatbot that interacts with candidates and generates CVs based on preferences.
• OCR (Optical Character Recognition) – To extract information from documents.
• Blockchain (preferred but not required) – To implement verifiable credentials for self-sovereign CVs.
• Full-Stack Development – No strict framework requirement, but expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies is expected.
• AI-assisted development tools – Experience in using AI to code faster and automate development processes.

Who You Are
✅ 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (JavaScript, Python, or any preferred stack).
✅ Experience in AI/ML applications (chatbots, document processing, automation).
✅ Knowledge of Blockchain and verifiable credentials (preferred, but not required).
✅ Comfortable in a hands-on development role while growing a team.
✅ Experience in recruiting and leading a small technical team.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable solutions from scratch.
✅ Passion for self-sovereign identity, decentralized technologies, and AI-powered automation.
