Deine Position

As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat Tech domain, you will focus on analysing data passing through our interfaces to find errors and discrepancies, identify the root cause of these and then generate solutions to increase data accuracy. By doing this you will play an integral role in making the Heartbeat AI more robust and provide a high platform stability and exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Technical Contribution: Make sense of large data sets and identify unexpected behavior. Take an active approach in trying to understand possible root causes for this  unexpected behavior identified and present this in a succinct and efficient manner

  • Collaboration: Ingest data from other teams and discuss your findings with them directly. Challenge other people and processes and be challenged

  • Optimization: Become an expert in the workings of our optimization and use data to explain system behavior internally and externally

  • Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes. Drive these initiatives together with internal and external stakeholders towards rapid execution to manifest 1KOMMA5° leading role in the market

  • Act as a point of contact for our partner network and OEM partners, and interacting directly with them

Dein Profil

The successful candidate will have:

  • Enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week

  • Studying a relevant degree program (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Experience refining ambiguous requirements and finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment

  • An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player

  • Comfortable owning tasks and work streams from day one

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (German is a plus)

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Modbus TCP hardware integration

  • Knowledge around the Energy markets, products or ecosystem

  • Experience and interest in climate tech industry
