Role Review

We are looking to hire data analysts help migrate non-PEGA CRM ETL processes onto the PEGA platform for a regional bank. You must be experienced at using PEGA and SAS, and will be involved in reading & summarizing SAS code, configuring the solution onto the PEGA platform, assist in testing, documentation and obtaining signoffs for successful migration of CRM ETL modules

Key Responsibilities

• Determine and define the technical migration solution for the required in-scope ETLs
• Migrate the ETLs from current-state programs onto PEGA, including configure the PEGA development instances as necessary
• Assist teams with processing the data migration of dependent datasets as required for production run
• Test the accuracy & completeness of the migrated ETL
• Create or update existing SOPs or associated documentation wherever necessary
• Acquire the relevant approvals for signoff

 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• SAS coding experience – in either Base SAS or SAS Enterprise Guide
• PEGA development or configurations experience
• Data processing and process development, particularly in terms of creating or migrating data processes
• Documentation experience, especially at writing or enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data dictionaries
• Basic testing/QA experience
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that communications are timely and effective, and issues are raised, reviewed & remediated in a clear, systematic way

Technical Software

• PEGA
• SAS – Base SAS, SAS EG
• SQL is nice to have
• Cloud experience is nice to have

• Data processing
• Data analytics, data engineering is nice to have
