- Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a thought leader in product analytics, helping to prioritize features and experiments based on rigorous data insights.
- Data Infrastructure & Enablement: Work with data engineers to build scalable analytics solutions and empower product teams with self-serve tools.
- Mentorship & Best Practices: Guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a strong culture of data literacy and experimentation within the organization.

- Experimentation: Expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design (e.g., power analysis, sample size estimation, multivariate testing). Switchback testing is a plus.
- Measurement and Tracking: Experience with third-party tracking tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Segment, or mParticle and experience with supporting tagging and tracking for Analytics purposes.
- Conversion Funnels: Deep understanding of marketplace user conversion funnels and experience in diagnosing growth opportunities within them.

- Business Intelligence: Experience working with business intelligence data visualization software, such as Tableau or Sigma.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
