Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions, with a focus on Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to solve complex business challenges.

• Build and optimize scalable Generative AI models for applications such as content generation, synthetic data creation, and predictive analytics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-impact AI and automation opportunities aligned with business goals.

• Monitor, evaluate, and refine Generative AI and machine learning systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and business value.

• Establish and enforce best practices for AI/ML development, including ethical AI considerations, model governance, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI/ML techniques, automation frameworks, and emerging technologies.

• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, automation tools, and AI/ML frameworks to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in AI development, automation, or data science.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, ASP.NET, and C#.

  • In-depth knowledge of databases, including Vector DB, SQL, and Oracle frameworks.

  • Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Bitbucket) and solution packaging (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

• AI/ML Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including EDA, modeling, integration/deployment, data/model drift detection, and model retraining.

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Proven track record in managing and mentoring diverse teams.

  • Enthusiasm for exploring and implementing the latest advancements in AI and data science.

PREFERRED:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and ecosystems.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.

• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and ecosystems.
