Position/Internship Description:
SEIA’s Cybersecurity or Reliability analysis is looking to hire an intern to work on the development of web-based assessments based on existing or new frameworks that are helpful for SEIA’s members. The topic areas cover Solar and Storage Cybersecurity, Supply chain risks and, risk and regulatory frameworks relevant to clean energy industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research/Assist in collection and organization of data for the development of tools to support SEIA’s members.
- Gather information, features, capabilities, etc., to develop web-based assessments and reports.
- Organize and analyze information collected as directed.
- Document and produce reports based on analyzed data.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Programming language or web development experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.,) a plus.

Academic Majors: Preferred academic majors in data science, computer science, accounting, cybersecurity, information science, statistics, or engineering with general skills in communication, documentation, and reporting.
Compensation:

Working Conditions
- This position is 20-25 hours/week
- This internship is based in the Washington, DC office
- Interns MUST be in the office on designated team days (3 days a week) and specifically on Wednesdays for cohort touch base.
