About the Strategy & Analytics Team Lead Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy & Analytics Team Lead/Manager to join and build our dynamic team in Bangkok. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organisation, supporting some of our most visible and strategic growth projects.

What you’ll do…

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, overseeing their project work, professional growth, performance, and development.

• Strategic Project Support: Lead analytics efforts for strategic growth projects.

• Data Product Development: Create beautiful data products, such as dashboards, to enhance visibility and understanding of customer health across different lifecycle phases, facilitating intervention for frontline teams.

• Automated Workflow Systems: Develop data-driven systems to support automated workflows.

• Personalised Customer Communication: Build data layers to support personalised, targeted customer communication for scalable customer lifecycle journeys.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse stakeholders.

• Insight Generation: Use your data and analytics expertise to understand trends in business and customer performance.

• Data Champion: Act as a champion for data-driven decision-making.

• Project Ownership: Own and maintain projects, data models, and dashboards, documenting and sharing work.

What you have…

• Extensive experience in a similar analytical role, such as Consultant, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist, preferably in the software industry or B2B environment.

• Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. 

• Leadership skills: Experience hiring, training and mentoring more junior analysts.

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (Snowflake or Databricks preferred), Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker. Basic knowledge of LLMs.

• Work Arrangement: Willingness to work from our office in Bangkok at least two days a week.
