So, what’s the role all about?

• Digital Platform, APK, working with Rasa AI, pilots with ChatGPT
• Scrum/Agile, weekly sprints
• L2/L3 Customer Support

How will you make an impact?

• Lead the team of 5 developers (2x BE, 3x FE) from the technological perspective
• Ensure high quality of the code, best practises, patterns, supportability, observability, stability and scalability
• Work closely with Product Manager
• Work closely with QA team members on ensuring outstanding quality
• Cooperat with DevOps on best deployment and provisioning of the application
• Drive the overall effectiveness of engineering team and needed tooling
• Participate and execute on the overall architecture of the product
• Cross-team communication (ops, other NICE products)
• Code Reviews
• Participate in interviews of new team members

Have you got what it takes?

• Some degree of experience designing architecture for SaaS
• Strong experience with PHP (team is using PHP 8.2+)
• Good experience or understanding of JavaScript (React)
• Good experience with AWS Cloud or similarTeam lead experience
• English B2+
• Nice to have – Elasticsearch, Docker, Rasa, Node.js, Python
