Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will work in the Non-Financial Crew within Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance Zurich office (hybrid work model possibility). The crew is international with colleagues based in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Poland, India and United States.

Your expertise

• university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or Finance
• minimum of 5 years as a product owner or in a related role within AI, Data Science or Machine Learning projects.
• proven experience of defining and managing product roadmaps for AI-driven or data-heavy applications
• strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, data pipelines, and software development process.
familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for backlog and project management.
• experience in analyzing and understanding data to derive patterns and inform design decisions.
• ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• manage large stakeholder groups across functions and global locations.
• proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• proficiency in English language, both written and spoken with significant experience working in international environments.
