As IT Data Analytics Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with all the FP&A Function and Regional Managers, Analysts, Finance Partners to automate the Global performance reporting processes, to automate, standardize and build finance reports to deliver the financial story line in a disciplined, meaningful way.
The work will be carried out within a highly motivated team that will offer support in daily tasks. The work is done in an environment which emphasizes customer satisfaction, entrepreneurship, ownership and achieving results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Global month-end forecasting and budgeting process.
- Actively focus on automation opportunities, supporting (& driving) business performance.
- Support colleagues on transformation projects and develop reporting solutions to support existing and new processes
- Build strong relationships with the business in support of key business areas.
- Challenge and improve the current reporting ways to address offer the best support in automation to obtain relevant and insightful understanding.
- Identify opportunities to improve data usage in support of decisions to improve business performance.
- Act as a liaison between the business and finance teams.
- Continuously develop processes and reports that can be optimized and standardized using appropriate intelligence systems.
- Ensure 1 version of truth across all financial reporting systems.
- Work with the FP&A Function and Regional Managers and FP&A Analysts towards building new reports using different reporting systems to support financial planning, management reporting, and regular and ad-hoc analyses.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: University Degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistical Modeling or any equivalent courses.
- 3+ years postgraduate experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence Analysis of financial data or Finance with developing of financial reporting solutions.
- Excellent understanding of and ability to use several programming languages including but not limited to Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Experience with back-end analysis and reporting tools as well as other financial planning & reporting systems.
- Understanding of large data systems and using appropriate techniques to retrieve, define and publish financial data models.
- Familiar with using a range of data sources including Oracle EBS, Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience managing and consolidating large data sets to drive a simplified message.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to understand and transpose financial data to various data analysis tools with help from financial analysts.
- Previous experience in an international and culturally diverse organization is a plus.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Language skills: English – Minimum C1 required.
