Infotel UK is on the lookout for a passionate Data Scientist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage data analysis and statistical modeling techniques to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across various projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and help shape the future of our clients by harnessing the power of data. Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
  • Build and deploy predictive models to solve pressing business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into applications and business processes.
  • Transform data findings into compelling visualizations and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Conduct analyses using statistical techniques and tools to guide decision-making.
  • Continuously enhance the data pipeline and improve data collection techniques for better insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in data science and apply best practices to our projects.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in data analysis with hands-on experience using tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
