Position Highlights

The Akkodis Bulgaria Sales Director will focus primarily on bringing new clients on board and sell Akkodis’ solutions to new players on the Akkodis global map. 

 

The role will have a broad range in terms of the Akkodis main practices and will target companies in the industries of Digital & Software, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Data Analytics & AI. 

 

The global Industries we will aim to target will be  Information & Communication Technology, Automotive & Transportation, Energy & Clean Technology, so your main goal will be to position our Delivery Centre in Bulgaria on the global map as a trustworthy partner providing Managed Services Solutions. 
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare, align and lead the Akkodis Bulgaria winning sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the internal Akkodis Bulgaria Business Development and Pre-sales teams to ensure our sales strategy is in scope and aligned with our future development plan.
  • Generate new leads and turn them into opportunities to be able to position Akkodis Bulgaria as a winning partner in providing Managed Services Solutions. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Participate in customer-facing activities, including presentations, demos, and workshops.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand our ICT solutions portfolio, ensuring that it aligns with market trends and customer needs.

 

Main requirements:

 

  • 10+ years’ experience in Service Delivery, Client Management and Sales in IT and/or Telecommunication and/or Project Management accounts in various domains.
  • Experience in developing and delivering an effective sales strategy with proven track record of generated sales.
  • Experience in developing pricing models and value propositions that maximize revenue while maintaining competitive differentiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients initiating maximum profitability in terms of generated sales. 
  • Expertise in managing variety of Outsourcing deals across countries/regions.
  • Expertise in delivery best practices / ITIL / PMI / Six Sigma / LEAN / AGILE.
  • Fluent in English & other language is a plus.
  • BSc/BA degree in IT, Telecommunications or Business Management, MSc/MA is a plus.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, sales teams, and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential applications, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML)
