We are looking for a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role is instrumental in shaping data strategy, improving data literacy, and developing analytics solutions that enhance our product offerings. If you have a strong background in data modeling, governance, and visualization, along with a passion for educating stakeholders on data best practices, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a strategic bridge between business units and data analytics, translating stakeholder needs into meaningful insights.
  • Develop and implement data models, governance frameworks, and literacy programs to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and deliver training programs for stakeholders with varying levels of data expertise.
  • Build and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards to illustrate key company objectives and performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs).
  • Act as a stakeholder consultant, shaping data questions, defining necessary attributes, and driving insights beyond standard reporting.
  • Execute complex data analyses, reporting, and visualization efforts.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and other programming languages to create data workflows, tables, and assets in a data-lake environment.
  • Collaborate with the Data Intelligence Manager to develop and implement impactful data products.
  • Maintain industry best practices for data modeling, governance, and literacy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, and visualization.
  • Expertise in data modeling and Medallion Architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data processing and workflow automation.
  • Strong experience with Tableau for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Proven ability to train diverse users on data platforms and products.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • US Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
