Requirements

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️

As a Mid/Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle, from research and ideation to validation, development, and launch. Your work will focus on ensuring our products stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the AI/ML market—stay on top of trends and their impact on building safe and trustworthy AI solutions.
• Shape and refine the high-level product strategy, translating vision into actionable initiatives.
• Drive product discovery & validation—research, prototype, develop, test, launch, and continuously improve our offerings.
• Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and ensure our product addresses their core pain points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align product strategy with business goals.
• Support the creation of sales & marketing materials, including product factsheets, sales decks, and website content.
• Continuously improve processes, fostering a strong connection between Engineering and other departments.

What you’ll bring to our team?

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or enterprise software.
• Experience working across technical and commercial functions, collaborating with Engineering, Sales & Marketing. 
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product launches in a global or mid-market B2B environment.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to translate high-level goals into clear product initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from market trends and customer feedback.
• Ownership mindset—you take initiative, drive impact, and thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment.
• Technical background preferred (CS, engineering, math, or a related field).
• Prior experience in ML, AI, or MLOps.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS products or working in an early-stage startup.
