We are looking for a CRM Analyst to work within the VML Data team. The Analyst will analyze data to deliver value through understanding our clients’ customers and the performance of marketing activities. The Data Analyst - CRM plays a vital role in leveraging customer data to drive business decisions and optimize customer relationship management strategies within one of our CRM teams. This role involves analyzing data from our CRM platform, generating insightful reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical individual with strong communication skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain email journeys within the CRM platform
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from the CRM platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and other key business metrics.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards (monthly, quarterly, and annually) that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to address specific business questions and support decision-making processes.
- Present data findings and insights to various stakeholders, including management, sales teams, and marketing teams, in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant data support.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy within the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM data analysis.
Role Requirements
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, others).
- Demonstrated ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Strong report creation skills, including the ability to design visually appealing and informative reports.
- Excellent data presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired Skills and Experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce (or other CRM platforms).
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a sales, marketing, or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of briefing processes and best practices.
- Experience with tools for data visualization and reporting.
