Role Overview:

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our team and help transform complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.

• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.

• Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL databases, cloud services, and APIs.

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with best practices.

• Automate data refresh processes and troubleshoot performance issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M).

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Knowledge of data modeling and visualization best practices.

  • Experience integrating Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Azure, APIs, etc.).

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and visualization clarity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
