Senior LLM Engineer

What you will do:

• Design, develop, implement and deploy both cutting-edge and well-established machine learning methods and services for content analysis, data retrieval, content classification, and others with a focus on NLP and LLM-related applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products and platforms.
• Work with world-class researchers and scientists to develop new machine learning methods and approaches.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to preprocess, clean, and structure large datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Interact directly with a client - a multinational e-commerce company (eBay) to report progress and plan new tasks.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Team-work attitude with great communication skills.
  
• Software development and coding skills: Python, clean code, code reviews, algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with deep learning/machine learning libraries: scikit-learn, keras, pytorch, tensorflow, etc.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model architecture, training techniques, and building performant inference pipelines.
• Experience with text processing and adapting Natural Language Processing-based algorithms to the problem at hand.
• Familiarity with externally hosted tools and frameworks (OpenAI and similar).
• Experience with LLM focused libraries: transformers, langchain, vLLM, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LLM training and finetuning, data processing, and advanced prompting techniques.
• Experience with LLM inference optimization techniques.
• Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).

It would be great if you also have:

• Understanding of the latest research and tricks surrounding LLMs.
• Experience with designing and implementing machine learning solutions in a production environment, particularly with large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps tools and environments: DVC, S3, Docker, podman, kubernetes, etc.
