About the role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an AI Marketing Expert / Marketing Consultant. In this hybrid role, you'll seamlessly blend traditional marketing expertise with cutting-edge AI technologies. You'll work closely with our clients from various industries on a range of projects, from strategic marketing consulting to hands-on implementation of AI-powered marketing solutions.

About the role Responsibilities

1. Marketing Consulting:
   1. Collaborate with clients on strategic marketing consulting projects, addressing their business challenges and developing comprehensive marketing plans.
   2. Work across various marketing domains (product/ brand management, pricing, CRM, communication, digital, marketing automation, go to market, etc.)
   3. Lead multidisciplinary teams on projects, drive execution, and coach team members.
2. AI Marketing Expertise:
   1. Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, automation platforms like HubSpot, ChatGPT, Jasper) to analyze customer data, predict trends, and enhance marketing strategies.
   2. Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns using AI technologies to target specific audience segments.
   3. Develop AI-driven models for customer segmentation, lead scoring, and predictive analytics.
   4. Use machine learning and automation tools to optimize content creation, ad placement, and campaign performance.
   5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader marketing initiatives.
   6. Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and applications to drive innovation.
   7. Present findings and insights from AI-driven analytics to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Is this you?

You are a passionate digital marketer with a strong foundation in traditional marketing principles. You possess a proven track record in successful digital marketing projects and/ or developing digital marketing strategies (in B2B and/ or B2C environments).

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in marketing.
  Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Desirable Skills:
Basic experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Familiarity with MLOps or deploying AI models in a business setting.
Understanding of ethical AI practices and their implications for marketing.
