The role description

We are looking for a bright and personable Account Director at the top of their game in the econometric modelling field.

Involvement in developing Measure.monks as the leading provider of predictive marketing modelling through the following:

• Being the lead for several clients over a range of industries
• Assist with sell in of projects to clients, including pitches
• Produce outstanding marketing evaluation projects to our clients

o   Exceptional data analytics

o   Data visualisation

o   Presentation delivery to the client

o   Running statistical models

• Personally manage the development of more junior consultants and analysts
• Lead consultants to produce outstanding marketing evaluation projects
• Assist with company strategy
• Input into developing tools and ideas to grow the business into new areas using the latest techniques
• Involvement across the business including project management, revenue growth management, new business, research & development, improving internal processes and tool development

Requirements

The role will require the following attributes:

• Proven first class delivery of client projects
• 5 - 10 years commercial experience of market mix modelling and or marketing analytics
• Ability to explain complex modelling in a very clear and simple manner with proven client presentation skills
• Good people management skills
• Experience of selling projects to clients a positive
• Knowledge of R or Python or similar packages preferred
• Econometrics/Economics/ Mathematics (with Econometrics) degree
• Entrepreneurial attitude

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

 

Salary Range$125,000—$140,000 USD
