Company Overview:Window Nation is a leader in the home services industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Director of Business Intelligence to drive enterprise-wide BI strategies, ensuring our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities align with business growth and innovation.Position Overview:The Director of Business Intelligence will be responsible for developing and overseeing BI strategies, managing a team of analysts, and ensuring that automated reporting solutions provide actionable insights. This role will lead the architectural design of data models, integration of multiple data sources into MS Azure Data Warehouse, and automation of Power BI dashboards to support executive decision-making.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business intelligence, aligning with company goals.
• Oversee the design of enterprise-wide data models, ensuring scalability and performance in MS Azure Data Warehouse.
• Lead the development of automated Power BI dashboards, integrating data from multiple business systems (CRM, ERP, marketing, finance).
• Establish governance for data accuracy, quality, and compliance across BI solutions.
• Have a basic understanding of Python programming language
• Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and executive teams to ensure seamless integration between data sources and analytics platforms.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting data-driven strategy and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data architecture (MS Azure).
• Strong experience in automating Power BI dashboards and integrating diverse data sources.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python (preferred), and cloud data engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive BI adoption, and influence executive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling is a plus.
