Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Apps Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technologies and play a pivotal role in developing solutions that enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as solid knowledge of .NET Core and SQL. Experience with Redis or Python is a huge plus. This position will require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate and streamline business processes, improve workflows, and enhance user experience.
• Leverage Power Automate to create automated workflows and integrations with both Microsoft and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Power Apps solutions.
• Utilize .NET Core to develop back-end services and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
• Write optimized, efficient SQL queries to interact with databases, support data retrieval, and ensure data integrity.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing applications, troubleshooting issues, and applying fixes as needed.
• Work with Redis for caching and real-time data storage, optimizing performance for high-volume applications (preferred but not required).
• Assist in integrating Python-based solutions (if applicable) to enhance application functionalities, especially around AI or data processing (a plus but not required).
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across all development work.
• Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed throughout the development process.
• Work in an Agile environment, attending sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Provide technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps to design, build, and deploy custom business applications.
• Experience with Power Automate to create automated workflows and business process automation.
• Proficiency in .NET Core for developing back-end services, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and interacting with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment and follow development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Redis for caching and real-time data storage optimization.
• Exposure to Python, especially for integrations that involve machine learning or data analytics (a plus but not required).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices for efficient and reliable deployments.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration in full-stack environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization is a bonus.
