Data Scientist (Computer Vision)

As a Data Scientist, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a team of technology experts on challenging projects across various industries, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Here are some of the projects we are seeking talented individuals to join:

• Development and deployment of advanced computer vision pipelines for the industry-leading European manufacturer. The solution is designed to enhance quality control on the production line by automating defect detection. It leverages state-of-the-art machine learning and image processing techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• GenAI knowledge retrieval platform for the leading automotive company. This project involves the creation of an Azure-backed platform that leverages cutting-edge LLMs to deliver powerful insights from an enterprise-scale knowledge base.

• AI optimization engine for airport operation management. This project involves creating an AI-driven optimization engine to streamline airport operations, using real-time data from sources like radar, air traffic, and passenger information.

🚀 Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and validate Machine Learning solutions tailored to specific project requirements.

• Understand clients' needs and translate business problems into data science problems.

• Design scalable AI solution architectures.

• Develop data pipelines and workflows, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and security.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build and deploy AI applications.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

• Effectively plan tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in developing and deploying ML solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with common ML libraries.

• High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).

• Hands-on experience with Computer Vision techniques and frameworks.

• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools.

• Experience in a consulting role, working with external clients to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills and ability to work in a team.

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience with time-series databases (influxdb).

• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of Containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
