Are you a Master's student with a passion for machine learning and want to work on innovative GenAI/ LLM topics? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated student to join our team and support us in the research and development of our GenAI toolbox and LLM-based tools.

Your Tasks:

• You will work with our team of experts and programmers to implement and improve our LLM toolset.
• You will integrate the latest LLM-based open source and research technologies, such as GraphRAG or Test-Time Compute.
• You implement and maintain inference pipelines.
• You evaluate different information retrieval methods in the context of LLMs.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing Master's degree in computer science, data science, AI or a related field
• Good knowledge of Python
• Experience with ML frameworks and/or LLM frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Langchain)
• Familiarity with tools for collaborative software development (e.g. Git)
• Fluency in English or German (at least C1 level)

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Experience of working on large software projects or repositories

Renumeration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
