AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic AI Engineer to join our Platform Development technology team. This role is designed for a passionate individual who possesses a deep understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science technologies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct data analysis and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for machine learning.
• Implement and maintain AI systems that leverage cloud computing resources effectively.
• Integrate various APIs including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Cloud APIs, AWS services, to enhance and automate processes.
• Build, test, and deploy automation solutions across different platforms to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical insights.
• Stay current with AI trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to ongoing projects. This includes learning and applying a wide variety of AI technologies where useful.
• Ensure the scalability, security, robustness, and maintainability of all AI-powered applications, automations, and systems - in some cases by working with MLOps Engineers.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with software engineering methodologies.
• Experience with cloud computing environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of accessing and integrating various APIs to build complex AI-driven systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in a AI/ML related role.
• Software development experience on a team, deployed code to production.

This role will have an annual salary $120,000 - $130,000.
