PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative technology-driven organization that has a contract with CCMP. Complete Care Management Partners, LLC (CCMP) is a minority and women owned, community-based care coordination company focused on decreasing health disparities by changing the trajectory of chronic diseases that lead to long term disability and increased morbidity and mortality in underserved communities.
CCMP has a culturally informed, tech supported, community-based approach to provide the level of support needed for disadvantaged communities to close the disparities gap from chronic diseases. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Data Analyst who is also proficient in Power BI and basic statistics.

Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, Data Analytics, and Basic Statistics at Complete Care Management Partners (CCMP), you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying your analytical know-how to provide valuable recommendations and drive transformational change. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about data analysis, visualization, and statistical insights. This position participates in business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation and analyses data to identify trends and patterns that can assist in improving business processes and decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Power BI to create dynamic and insightful dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into managed care healthcare data.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, including data cleansing, transformation, and statistical analysis, to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within healthcare datasets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to collect and analyze healthcare data, define analytical requirements, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to support decision-making, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Proactively drive projects and initiatives, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and ownership.
- Lead the preparation of client-facing presentations and reports, effectively communicating data findings and recommendations.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are on track.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analytics trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics).
- Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- 2+ years of data analysis experience.
- 2+ years training experience.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowable in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Managed Care, health, and hospital systems.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficient with PC-based systems including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and the ability to learn new information systems and software programs as needed.
