How You’ll Help Us Connect the World
As a Professional Services Support Intern, you will support an AI-driven project aimed at improving pre-sales processes. as part of RUCKUS. This is a remote role, that can be located anywhere in the US.
You Will Make an Impact By
- Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and structure data for AI model training.
- AI Model Training & Testing: Train, fine-tune, and validate AI models for pre-sales queries.
- Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate model performance and refine datasets to improve accuracy.
- Documentation: Record methodologies, findings, and present progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in the following Computer Science, AI, Data Science,from an accredited university
- Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Basic understanding of machine learning (ML) and AI concepts.
- Experience with data processing and AI model evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
You Will Excite Us If You
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face).
- Experience with SQL, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google AI).
- Understanding of pre-sales or business sales processes.
