What You Will Do 

As BI Support analyst you will work with cross-functional leaders and product/solution development teams to support & maintain Dashboards, Reports, data science platforms, ML & data engineering & digital solutions and products.

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Developing and managing business intelligence support solutions for the organization• Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes, constant communication to stakeholders regarding the incidents, issues and RCA.

·        Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission

·        Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation

·        Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization

·        Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability

·        Support Design, development, and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.

·        Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand the recurring issues and providing them with solutions.

·        Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization software to create insightful and easy-to-understand reports.

·        Ensure visualizations are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.

·        Provide training and support to team members and end-users on best practices in data visualization.

 

What We Are Looking For

·        Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data manipulation languages.

·        Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js).

·        Experience with ETL tools and processes.

·        Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).

·        Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

·        Within Data Science – forecast planning and Demand and supply planning

Qualifications

 

Desired Qualifications

 

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        General Shift mostly but flexible to work in Shifts/working hours that aligns to APAC, EMEA and US time zones when deployed on specific core project on need basis.

·        5+ years of experience across Data Science, visualization, BI tools(Tableau, Power BI)

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Supply Chain Domain
