As a GenAI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and leading the technical architecture of key applications and platforms within our GenAI team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of AI solutions that optimize our processes. What will make you succeed in this position?

• Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in architecture and project management.
• Technical Skills: Solution Architecture, Cloud , Dev Ops
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strategic Programs: Experience working on strategic programs like BMP (Business Management Program) and a solid understanding of in-house development practices
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.

Your mission in the role will be:

• Solution Design: Architect and design AI solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency. Lead the technical architecture for various applications and platforms within the GenAI core team, ensuring adherence to Allianz architecture standards.
• Scalability Assurance: Ensure that the architecture of applications and platforms is scalable to accommodate a growing user base. Develop and drive the implementation approach for application scalability and performance management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to identify and leverage opportunities for AI integration.
• Tool Enablement and Support: Guide and support development teams in the implementation of tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively enabled and utilized.
• AI Strategy Execution Support: Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to provide insights and technical expertise in the development of the AI strategy. Assist in executing the strategy by ensuring alignment with architectural standards and facilitating the integration of AI solutions across the organization.
• AI Advocacy: Act as an advocate for AI technologies within the organization, sharing insights and promoting awareness of their benefits and potential applications. Support the organization in understanding and adopting AI solutions by providing thought leadership and technical guidance.
