What do we expect you to bring?

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business units to understand and clarify business requirements,
• Design functional and technical solutions in collaboration with software teams to address business needs and challenges,
• Take an active role in all stages of the project lifecycle (strategy, roadmap planning, analysis, architectural design, development, testing, go-live),
• Work effectively within an Agile team, adapting to different roles as needed (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Analyst, Team Member),
• Specialize in data management and architecture, contributing to the development of data-driven solutions for mobile and web applications
• Keep up with the latest trends in data and analytics to continuously improve and innovate.

How can you make an impact?

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and data analytics,
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field,
• Proficient in English,
• Hands-on experience in all phases of the project lifecycle (strategy, analysis, architectural design, development, testing, go-live),
• Strong SQL skills and data querying capabilities,
• Interested in and eager to develop expertise in project management methodologies (Traditional SDLC, Agile, Hybrid approaches),
• Passionate about data management and architecture, familiar with related tools (SQL, Python,  etc.),
• Willing to work in an Agile environment and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
