Pay Transparency: 

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $75,000/yr. to $95,000/yr.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as inernal and external equity.

Overview: 

We are rapidly expanding our analytics capabilities to drive timely, data-backed decisions that enhance business performance. As a Sales Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales Analytics team to analyze and interpret complex datasets, design and buid insightful dashboards, and support our organization's goals in incentive programs, sales performance, and revenue trending analysis. 

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Analyze complex, high-volume, and multi-dimensional data from diverse sources using various analytical techniques and tools. 
• Define, track, and report on key metrics to evaluate business performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Design and build dashboards to uncover actionable insights and support sales adn revenue growth. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Audacy to provide analytics support for key initiatives. 

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

• Exceptional problem-solving, technical, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Proven experience in planning and managing small projects independently.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering solutions to real business challenges.
• Ability to refine and requirements and challenging data needs, bringing clarity to complex problems. 
• Familiarty with SQL, Python, or Tableau 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

• Profiency with SQL.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
• Familiarty with Salesforce and the Salesforce data model.
• Experience with WideOrbit and understanding of its data model.
• Advanced data manipulation and data mining skills. 

Preferred Professional Certifications: 

• Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification
