About the role:
The Senior Data Engineer will take a hands-on approach to designing and developing the Colliers Global Data Ecosystem. The position will work with global and regional resources to design and build solutions that consolidate and expose Colliers' data globally. The position will also work closely with the digital products team in designing and implementing data products and services.
Participate in the design, development and maintenance of the Colliers Global Data Eco‑System
Participate in the development of data-driven data solutions and services
Work on solutions at different levels of the data
Work with 3rd party vendors and solution providers as needed to meet project objectives
Work with regional and global data architects and resources to establish best practices and guidelines data integrations, pipelines and APIs.
Work with the Digital Product teams in designing and consuming Colliers Data Services and microservices
What you bring:
5 years minimum experience designing and integrating data in both application and data analysis environments
Experience building, configuring, and managing data solutions in GCP, utilizing services like Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Dataproc, to support diverse data types and formats for scalable storage, processing, and analytics.
Experience Building Data Microservices APIs in GCP using a selection of technologies such as Google Cloud Functions, Google Cloud Sub/Pub, Apigee API, Google Cloud Run
Familiar with Azure DevOps and Terraform for CI/CD.
Familiarity with Azure data platform technologies such as Databricks, ADF, Azure Function Apps and Microsoft API Management
Able to research and evaluate new features and functionality in a constantly evolving data and cloud Environment

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $107,500 USD - $130,000 CAD
