The Director of Advanced Insights will lead and drive our advanced insights initiatives, leveraging statistical, regression, and advanced analytics techniques to deliver high-impact, actionable insights. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of analytics to shape the future of our business. The Director will work cross-functionally to implement advanced analytics strategies, develop sophisticated models, and enhance decision-making through data-driven insights and in-depth market analysis. A passion for innovation and mentorship will foster a culture of excellence within the analytics team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to develop advanced analytical models and techniques.
  • Drive the development and implementation of statistical, clustering, and regression models to solve complex business problems such as demand forecasting and target development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Utilize data storytelling to effectively communicate findings and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and tools to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine analysis scopes and deliver impactful insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical outputs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Strong technical skills in database tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) with experience in analyzing large datasets.
  • 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in an advanced analytics role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement statistical and regression models.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to integrity and a strong work ethic, fostering mutual trust and respect within the team.
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Travel Expectations

Up to 25%

Pay Range

$162,225 - $301,275 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
