About the jobAs a Data Engineer you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our data platform.  You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineers across the organization to ensure data reliability, quality, and accessibility.  
Responsibilities-Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL and other native AWS data services-Build and optimize ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and loading-Implement and maintain data quality checks and monitoring systems-Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and provide solutions-Work with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift - specify if you use one)-Implement and maintain data governance and security best practices-Contribute to the evolution of our data platform by researching and evaluating new technologies-Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices-Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
About you-You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field-You have 4+ years of experience in a data engineering or related role-You are proficient in Python and SQL-You have experience with ETL processes and tools-You have experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)-You have experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, dbt)-Strong understanding of data modeling, data profiling concepts and best practices-Strong understanding of data quality and testing methodologies-Excellent communication and collaboration skills-Experience with relevant technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, NoSQL databases)-You are familiar with modern software development practices (Agile, CICD) as applied to data engineering-Experience working with offshore teams is a plusAbout us: As the home to 300 Elektra, Asylum, Atlantic, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world’s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
