Machine Learning Lead

Parser is seeking an experienced and innovative Machine Learning Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with expertise in various areas of natural language processing and computer vision.

The impact you'll make:

• Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers in developing cutting-edge AI solutions
• Oversee the fine-tuning of open-source Large Language Models (e.g., Llama)
• Design and implement advanced text processing and computer vision algorithms
• Develop and optimize inference engines for efficient model deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our products
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
• Implement and maintain best practices for data processing and model development
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the development process

What You'll Bring To Us:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Extensive experience in machine learning, with a focus on natural language processing and computer vision
• Proven track record of leading ML engineering teams and projects
• Strong proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with fine-tuning and deploying large language models
• Expertise in developing and optimizing inference engines
• Solid understanding of data processing techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
