Python Developer with AI Expertise

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Python Developer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for AI technologies, who is eager to explore, experiment, and build cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to design and implement workflows and infrastructures independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What are we looking for

• Research AI Models: Explore existing AI models and assess their applicability to our projects.
• Model Training: Develop innovative approaches to train and fine-tune AI models.
• Infrastructure Development: Build and maintain infrastructure for managing AI models efficiently.
• Tool Enablement: Create tools and platforms to empower developers with AI-driven solutions.
• LLM Utilization: Think creatively about leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to implement impactful features in our products.
• ETL Optimization: Research and enhance infrastructure to support new and existing ETL processes with high performance.
• Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to develop and improve workflows.
• Backoffice Development: Design and develop both front-end and back-end components for internal back-office systems.

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in Python development.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in AI/ML technologies.
• Proven ability to independently design and implement complex workflows and infrastructures.
• Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Experience in ETL processes and performance optimization is a plus.
• Knowledge of building web applications (both UI and backend) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
