Job Description

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of front-end, mobile, and back-end developers, along with QA experts, in a collaborative and innovative environment? We are searching for an exceptional Multi-Disciplinary Software Team Leader to spearhead team delivery, champion Agile methodologies, collaborate closely with product teams, and drive the architectural design of cutting-edge features within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget, taking ownership of team delivery and performance
• Drive Agile best practices within the team, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Hands on, take active part in team tasks
• Building and hiring a team of experts
• Collaborate closely with product teams to align development efforts with product strategies and ensure successful outcomes
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to team members to help them reach their full potential
• Triage production and system issues, track, debug, and solve with stakeholders and the team members
• End to end ownership of product development (from design to production and beyond)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of experience in software development
• At least 3+ years of proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary software development teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong expertise in front-end/mobile/back-end development technologies, coupled with a solid understanding of QA processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices for successful project delivery
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in designing & building large-scale/distributed systems infrastructure
• Experience in the following technologies: CI/CD and automated testing, Relational DB and Modeling data in relational and NoSQL, Python, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, SQL
• Experience in managing teams
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew (written, spoken, and reading) is required.
