Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEM campaign performance data (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) from Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other     SEM platforms.
      • Performance Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards for real-time campaign tracking, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
      • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key trends, KPIs, and optimization opportunities for the SEM team and other     stakeholders.
      • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends, offering recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on ad spend     (ROAS).
      • Collaboration: Work closely with Paid Search/SEM specialists, and marketing team members to support campaign strategy, optimization, and execution.
      • A/B Testing: Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
      • Keyword Analysis: Provide data-driven keyword performance insights, helping the team refine targeting and bid adjustments based on user behavior and search     patterns.
      • Budget Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign spend across platforms to ensure budget adherence and provide feedback for adjustments when necessary.

Competencies and skills

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on SEM, PPC, or digital marketing campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, uncover insights, and make actionable recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple data streams, ensuring accuracy in tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, etc.).
