Functional Expert Business Intelligence is key in implementing and improving Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support company operations

The functional expert, acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and external contractors for the implementation of advanced large configurations, gradually taking over customization responsibilities, and developing his competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and key users to analyze and document business requirements for reports, and corporate data visualization.
• Configure and deploy Microsoft Power BI.
• Configure data cleansing, conversion, and uploading to Power BI from MD Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Checking completeness and correctness of data loading into Power BI.
• Collaborate, if required, with external consultants to perform system customizations and advanced configurations, to internalize deep technical expertise.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational decision-making and to align with business needs.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing user support for system usage and updates.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating complex problems to vendors or external consultants when necessary.
• Gradually take responsibility for advanced technical configurations, and setting up parameters.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including functional designs, user manuals, and training materials, adhering to the company's approved documentation standards.

Requirements

• Expertise in MS Power BI and MS Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Experience in several MS Power BI implementation projects.
• Training certificates confirming competencies in MS Power BI.
• Ability to learn and manage advanced system settings and customizations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in ERP and BI implementations.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and description using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Good level of English proficiency
