Company Overview: Window Nation is a leader in the home services industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. We are seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to lead the development of data-driven solutions, creating automated Power BI dashboards and integrating multiple data sources into our MS Azure data warehouse. 
Position Overview: The Manager of Business Intelligence will be responsible for designing and implementing BI solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard automation using Power BI, with a strong focus on ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven insights. 

Core Role Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models to support business reporting and analytics in Power BI. 
• Build and maintain automated Power BI dashboards, integrating data from MS Azure Data Warehouse and other sources. 
• Develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data efficiently into the Azure environment. 
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms. 
• Partner with IT and data engineers to optimizedatabase performance and cloud-based analytics. 
• Train business users on self-service BI tools and dashboard utilization. 
• Have a basic understanding of Python programming language 
• Collaborate with a team of BI analysts and developers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. 
• Present analytical findings and insights to leadership, offering recommendations to support business growth. 
• Stay up to date on emerging BI technologies to enhance data visualization and analytics capabilities. 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on Power BI. 
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, DAX, and SQL queries for optimized reporting. 
• Experience integrating and managing data from various sources into MS Azure Data Warehouse. 
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and cloud data storage best practices. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
